Torin Assistant is a personal, non-commercial tool operated by Evgenii, the owner of the Pinterest account it connects to ("I", "me"). It is part of the Torin / NeoRegul project. The app is used by a single person (me) and is not offered to the public.
What the app does
The app connects to my own Pinterest account through the official Pinterest API (v5). It reads my boards and pins so that AI assistants I use can see my outfit references, and it creates pins and saves images to my own boards, including images of my virtual avatar "Torin".
Data accessed
The app accesses only data of the Pinterest account that I connect myself: my boards, pins and basic account information. It does not access any other Pinterest user's account, and no other person can log in through it.
Data storage
Access tokens and API credentials are stored only on my own computer, in a file readable only by me. Pinterest data is not copied to any public server or database, and it is not published anywhere except the pins and boards I choose to create on my own Pinterest account.
Sharing
I do not sell, rent or share Pinterest data with third parties and I do not use it for advertising. Content from my own boards may be shown to the AI assistants that I use myself, only at my request and only to help me plan outfits and prepare content.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept locally only as long as I need it. I can revoke the app's access at any time in Pinterest (Settings, then Apps / Permissions) and delete the stored tokens from my computer.
